This
modern cottage is set in the corner of the garden of a large Victorian
country house. It faces South and has open views to the Menteith
Hills. It has private access with parking for two cars. Surrounded
by woodland, deer and squirrels are regular visitors and yet it
is only ten minutes walk to the shops, post office and bus stop.
On the ground floor the accommodation
consists of one double bedroom, a large lounge/dining room, kitchen,
utility room and bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one
twin and one double) and a shower and W.C. There is a barbeque
in the garden.

The cottage is well equipped with colour T.V., video,
automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, microwave,
dishwasher and telephone (01877 331676).
The cottage is all electric and the meter is read
at the beginning and end of your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The local supermarket is open seven days a week.
Pets are only accepted by prior arrangement.
The cottage must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the morning
of departure. Keys will be available for new guests from 3.00 p.m.
